What it is

Independent rentals a minute from the water, in a destination with a sharp season. July and August fill themselves. May, June and September are the ones that matter.

The audience arrives mostly from abroad — Germany, Scandinavia, the Netherlands — and searches in English. That is why the site is English-language throughout: the language follows the audience, not habit. Where the audience is mixed, we build bilingual.

What was missing

There was no site at all. Every booking came through the platforms, and there was nowhere to send anyone who asked directly.

• Reasons to book direct, stated plainly: no commission in the rate, flexibility on arrival
• Phone-first design, because that is where most of the traffic is
• Technical SEO for English searches such as «Finikounda accommodation»

What changed

The site now has a single route that ends in a booking request, and every property has a page that can stand on its own in search.
