Villa ofthe God
A guesthouse on Agistri with rooms and a maisonette. Two entirely different products under one name.
What it is
A guesthouse on Agistri, an hour by boat from Piraeus. Two accommodation types: rooms for couples and short escapes, and a maisonette for families or groups.
They are two different products with different audiences, different rates and different lengths of stay. One gets booked two days ahead, the other two months.
What was not working
Both types were presented together, as if they were the same thing. A family looking for a maisonette saw photographs of a twin room and left.
- One shared piece of copy covering two different products
- No page that could rank for «Agistri maisonette»
- Bookings handled by phone and messages, with nothing recorded
Specifically
- A separate page for the rooms and a separate page for the maisonette, each with its own photography and copy
- Different copy per audience: quiet and a view for couples, space and a kitchen for families
- A clear route to a booking request from every page
- Access details — ferries, times, distance from the port — because that is the first thing anyone asks
- Phone-first design and load times that survive a slow connection
- A structure ready for a second language without rebuilding the site
What changed
Handed over in 15 working days, with all copy written by us.
Each accommodation type now has a page that stands on its own in search, and a visitor works out which of the two concerns them within ten seconds.
How it looks

What actually changes
Drag the divider. The site that was there on the left, what we handed over on the right.
Before
Works with a finger and with the arrow keys. The screenshot of the old site is still missing — see IMAGES.md.
See it live
The site runs at godsvillaagistri.gr. Compare the rooms page with the maisonette page.
Are you selling two different things?
Rooms and a maisonette, or studios and suites. If so, they need separate pages.
